Gold ore tested with the Searcher CrusherMill

 

With 15 years paid professional experience as a fire assayer, extractive metallurgist and exploration geology . . .

I decided to build a portable pilot mill to bulk test ores with.

I charge $1/lb for the first 100 lbs of ore sample.

additional tests will be less, depending on ore. I have a $.50/lb rate and $.25/lb for larger lots.

The Searcher CrusherMill will mill to 50% minus 200 mesh at approx one ton per day.

Ideal set up for quick testing of mining claims.

Gas powered jaw crusher and gas powered impact pulverizer w/ a beach box sluice for a concentrator.

I basically mill your sample and return your concentrate and sample of tailings.

Processing and extractive metallurgy and melts are extra small fee.

A Vibro Plate Classifier  ( I call it a dredge doggie, also) . .  plus I offer mineral belts for sulphide ores.

I offer to build you your own mill . . .. test required.

My best testing is done while the owner is right there at my shop, participating in handling.

I ask that you pack off your tailings, if your present.

Lunch, snacks, wifi provided as need . . . the shop stays cool in the summer and plenty of shade.

Each test takes about an hour  . . . or two.

I can go portable and travel to your claim for extensive testing . . . $500 fee, test required.
